Glenden Registration of Interest

Glenden is an established township in the Isaac region, approximately 165 km by road west of Mackay, with residential, commercial and community properties and existing town infrastructure.

Registrations of Interest are now open for individuals, businesses and organisations interested in acquiring some or all of the available land and properties in Glenden.

The Registration of Interest will help the Queensland Government understand the level and nature of interest in the land and properties being considered. It is an information-gathering process only.

You can register your interest in some or all of the land and properties being considered, including:

• all available land and properties as one transaction
• residential dwellings, including detached houses, duplexes, flats and units
• commercial properties, including the Glenden Shopping Centre and Mess Hall
• vacant industrial land
• sites that may be suitable for future development.
